I've been involved with the Democratic party for 8 years in a support role for my spouse who ran for Congress. But this time, I figure I would jump in the race. My opponent has not had a challenger since he was elected and I believe voters deserve better than that. I want to protect our elections from those who wish to overturn results when they don't go their way.

Published a social media post questioning the validity of the 2020 election.
If elected officials spread misinformation on their social media accounts their constituents might assume that that information is legitimate. If their constituents believe that the 2020 election was illegitimate, they might choose to not vote in future elections or even encourage others not to vote. They might also no longer trust the government or the democratic process.
